I started my carrier in the adventure tourism industry as an assistant trekking guide. I had opportunity to guide in almost every trekking region of Nepal.

Mountain Guide

I always had passion for big mountains. After having completed necessary trainings and experiences in peak climbing , I started leading & guiding the clients from across the world in Nepal Himalayas.

Explore & Develop

I am actively involved in developing sport climbing and winter sports in Nepal.

  • During my IFMGA mountain guide training duration, I explored and opened new rock climbing routes around Manang with my guide friends.
  • As a president of the association Nepal Climbing Team, we organized two Ice Climbing events in Humde, Manang. 
  • I lead the team in Bhratang, Manang, where we opened 27 New rock climbing routes in June 2022. 
  • In collaboration with Peak Fifteen Foundation, we released Nepal’s first ever topo guide dedicated to rock climbing, featuring routes of Manang.

Search & Rescue

I have been involved in many search and recovery operation in Nepal. 

  • Search and Recovery operation of Ueli Steck in 2017
  • Recovery of a climbing Sherpa from Everest South Col. 
  • Search and Recovery operation of French Climbing Team in Mount Kangtenga in 2021.
  • Search and Recovery operation of a Tara air crash in Mustang in 2022.

Outdoor Activities

This is what I love to do!

I am often in the mountains.  I guide/lead the expeditions during the climbing season, rock climbing/instructing during monsoon, then ice climbing/skiing in the winter.
